➨ Increased efficiency of design adding 3,800 Sqft to NFA.
➨ Value engineered cladding, which resulted in 20% cost reduction.
➨ Simplified cladding system, improving the look of the building.
➨ Achieving a total saving of 15%, equal to AED 80 million.
